Jojoba Esters, made from 100% Pure Natural Jojoba are odorless, colorless and biodegradable cosmetic ingredients. Jojoba, nature's only source of botanical esters provides a superior alternative to synthetic esters and waxes. Synthetic petroleum based esters contain only a single ester, whereas Jojoba Esters are a consistent array of 21 different esters. They are very similar to the coating of plant leaves and our own skin for non-occlusive moisture control and protection from environmental insults. This array of esters creates an enormous advantage for cosmetic applications for different skin and hair types of people of differing ages, sex and ethnic backgrounds.

This array of esters exists in all five of the PNJ Jojoba Esters products listed below. Each of the products is unique in its thickness and melting point. Jojoba Esters have also been considered a superior product because they are transfat-free opposed to other butter products, such as jojoba butter, on the market. They are dry emollients and are all recommended for oil-free formulations.

Jojoba Esters 10
Jojoba Esters 10 is a colorless, clear, oil-free liquid ester. It is an excellent emollient and moisturizer that softens the skin without greasy or tacky feel. It can be used in a wide range of applications.

Jojoba Esters 20
Jojoba Esters 20 is a white, soft, oil-free, trans-free moisturizing cream with a buttery consistency that provides body to sun care products, liquid makeup, and treatment creams.

Jojoba Esters 30
Jojoba Esters 30 is a white, buttery, trans-free semisolid cream with a buttery consistency that provides body and viscosity adjustment to formulations, while providing smooth, non-oily feel to the skin.

Jojoba Esters 60
Jojoba Esters 60 is a white, crystalline wax that provides strength and structure to stick products and heavy creams, while providing smooth, non-oily feel to the skin.

Jojoba Esters 70
Jojoba Esters 70 is a white, crystalline wax that gives body and structure to stick products. It improves payout and pigment dispersion, while providing a smooth non-greasy feel to the skin.
